To fulfil an order we collect your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address. We also keep a record of what you ordered and its delivery status.
If you create an account we additionally store your password as a one-way hash, any addresses you save and the items on your wishlist. We never store your card details, UPI PIN or bank credentials — those are handled entirely by our payment gateway.
Our servers record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
We share only what is necessary, with courier partners for delivery, our payment gateway for processing, our email provider for transactional messages, and our accountants and legal advisers where required. We do not sell your personal information.
Order and invoice records are retained for eight years as required by Indian tax law. Account details are kept until you ask us to close your account. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to care@vynnkart.com and we will respond within 30 days.
We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep your shopping bag between visits, keep you signed in, and understand which pages are used. Your bag is stored in your own browser. You can clear or block this storage in your browser settings, though the site may not work correctly without it.
The site runs over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access to order data is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
